This mini LED board is the perfect product for your personalized LED acrylic card, LED acrylic badge, LED acrylic mat projects if you use a CNC router or CO2 laser to create LED acrylic products.
PCB-21 LED board is the interior LED part of TDL-KC LED acrylic card. It includes CR1620 button battery and white stickers.

How to Make led acrylic badge?
- Prepare one piece 4mm thick acrylic plate. If you use thicker acrylic plate, please prepare some foam mat and double-side tape.
- Cut the slot for the LED board PCB-21 (the sector radius is 24~25mm). Please leave some gap between LED board and acrylic edge (It helps you take out and put in LED board easily).
* If you use CNC router to curve the slot for LED board, you can curve 3.9~4mm deep and only use the front white sticker.
* If you use CO2 laser machine, please cut throught the acrylic plate and use front and backside white sticker to cover the mini LED board. - Cut the outline of acrylic badge with CO2 laser machine or CNC router. You can cut into any shape and size: heart, bone, square, round, etc. Please make sure the two LED points to the main acrylic part (leave the LED part on the top, at the corner or at the bottom of the acrylic LED badge).
* If you want to hang it up, please cut a mini hole on the top and use a mini lanyard. - Put mini LED board inside the slot. Please add some round paper on the button (to avoid the sticky white sticker sticks to the switch button).
- Paste the two white stickers to the acrylic sign.

What’s the power source of LED acrylic topper?
– There are 1 piece CR1620 button battery. You can change to new batteries when they are out of power. Please put the power button in OFF Position when you do not use it for a long time.

What is the battery life?
– Normally it lasts for 15~24 hours. It is advised to use several minutes every time.

How can I change new batteries?
– You can peel off the white cover and take out the LED board. Then please load new button battery.
