1. What’s the power source of the LED acrylic mat?
   

   – There are 2 pieces of CR1620 button batteries. You can change to new batteries when they are out of power. 

2.  What is the battery life?
   

   – Normally it lasts for 4~6 hours.

3.  How can I change new batteries?
   

   – You can peel off the white cover and take out the LED board. Then please load the new button battery.

4.  Will it get scratched during the delivery?

    – There are protective films on both sides of the acrylic plates. Besides, we pack them well in strong carton boxes. It won’t get scratched.

5. Is the acrylic plate frosted or transparent?
   

    – The acrylic plate is transparent/clear, not frosted. Because there are two pieces of protective film on both sides of the acrylic plate, it looks frosted. 

6. Can I use a Cricut maker to engrave on the blank LED acrylic coaster?
   

   – I’m afraid not. The 4mm thick acrylic LED badge is too thick to pass through the Cricut maker.

7. Can I order the LED board part without the acrylic plate?

   – Yes, it is ok to order LED board parts only. MOQ is 100 pieces. Please let us know the order quantity and contact our sales team for a quotation.
