What’s the power source of LED acrylic topper?
– There are 1 piece CR1616 button battery. You can change to new batteries when they are out of power. Please put the power button in OFF Position when you do not use it for a long time.

What is the battery life?
– Normally it lasts for 15~24 hours. It is advised to use several minutes every time.

How can I change new batteries?
– You can peel off the white cover and take out the LED board. Then please load new button battery.

Will it get scratched during the delivery?
– There are protective films on both sides of the acrylic plates. Besides, we pack them well in strong carton box. It won’t get scratched.

Is the acrylic plate frosted or transparent?
– The acrylic plate is transparent/clear, not frosted. Because there are two pieces of protective films on both sides of the acrylic plate, it looks frosted.

Can I use a Cricut maker to engrave on the blank light up cake topper?
– I’m afraid not. 4mm thick acrylic LED badge is too thick to pass thought cricut maker.

Can I order the LED board part without acrylic plate?
– Yes, it is ok to order LED board part only. Please let us know order quantity and contact our sales team for a quotation.
