1. What’s the slot width? Which kinds of acrylic plateS fit the LED base?
   

   – The slot width is 4mm and the slot length is 70mm. It needs 4mm thick blank acrylic plates.

2. What’s the power source? Is there a built-in battery?
   

   – It gets power from DC 5V USB or AA batteries. There is no built-in battery.

3. Is the LED lamp base EMC CE approved?
   

   – The LED lamp base passes EMC testing and it is safe to use worldwide.

4. Can I order blank acrylic plates from you?
   

   – Yes. We offer well-cut round, rectangle, square, and custom size & shape blank cast acrylic plates.

5. Why your prices are a bit higher than other suppliers?
   

   – We care about the product quality and user experience. We use new good ABS material, 10pcs SMD LED Board, rubber mats and offer 1 year warranty etc.
   While other competitors use 2nd hand fragile ABS material, 8pcs LED board, foam mats and they do not offer 1 year warranty.

6. Can I order the color gift box only from you?

   – We offer unpacked color gift box separately (without logo). The unit price is 0.28~0.35USD each piece. MOQ is 50 pieces. Default gift box size is 21cm(L)*15cm(W)*5cm(H).

HOW TO USE 3D ILLUSION LAMP?

1.  Insert the acrylic panel into the LED base.
2. Connect to USB cable and USB charger.
3. Press the Mode button to choose light color.
4. Pull out the battery protector mat. Press the buttons to control the 3D led base.
